Tell us your app version, device model and what happened. For an online-game issue, include your nickname and the relevant challenge date or friend code. Please do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents.

How to play

Turn two cards to find a pair. Match the whole board to complete a level. Fewer moves help you earn more stars. Cards are freshly shuffled for every new game.

Free levels and Full Collection

Levels 1–5, Daily Challenge and friend duels are free. The optional Full Collection is a one-time purchase that unlocks regular levels 6–30. There is no subscription. The App Store shows the price in your local currency before you confirm.

Restore a purchase

Open Settings, choose Full Collection and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account used for the original purchase and connect to the internet. Restoring a purchase does not restore lost local game progress.

Daily Challenge and friends

Online features need an internet connection. The Daily Challenge changes at 00:00 UTC and gives one ranked attempt per day. Find Friends on the home screen to add someone by friend code or see your duels and results. No access to your phone contacts is required.

Progress and settings

Regular-game progress is stored on your device. Removing the app or clearing its storage may remove that progress and access to your guest player. Settings includes appearance, sound, a replayable guide and local progress reset. A reset does not erase purchases or shared competition results.

The regular game

Your level progress, personal scores, appearance and sound preferences are stored on your device. These regular-game records are not uploaded to our leaderboard. The iPhone and iPad app includes the regular game, artwork and fonts locally.

The optional Daily Challenge

When you open the Daily Challenge, the service uses a randomly generated guest identifier stored in a cookie to recognise this browser or app installation. If the website receives a signed-in account identifier from the hosting platform, the server uses a hashed form of that identifier instead.

When you start a challenge, the server stores your chosen nickname, challenge date, current round, revealed and matched cards, moves, timing and score. This allows you to resume a round and limits ranked attempts. You do not need to provide your real name or email address to play.

Friends and duels

Opening Friends creates a profile with a nickname and a random friend code. We store friend requests, accepted connections and shared duel references so you can challenge the same friend again. People you have played a shared duel with can also appear in your Friends list. Adding someone by code requires their acceptance. The app does not access or upload your contacts.

Duels store each participant’s nickname, moves, playing time, score and move journal. Both participants can see results and previous duels. Friends leaderboards compare completed duels. Invite links contain a duel code; share them only with the people you want to invite. An invitation expires after seven days, while participants can still access saved results.

What other players can see

After you finish a Daily Challenge, your nickname, score, moves, completion time and ranking can appear on the public leaderboard. Use a nickname that you are comfortable sharing. Account identifiers and guest cookie values are not shown to other players.

Optional full-game purchase

The iPhone and iPad app offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock additional regular levels. Apple processes the payment through the App Store. The app uses verified StoreKit transaction information to determine whether the full game is unlocked and to restore purchases. We do not receive your payment-card details, and the game server does not store a payment-card number or purchase receipt.

Hosting and network requests

Online features are provided by the game's hosting and database services. Network requests may include technical information such as an IP address and request metadata, which the infrastructure processes to deliver and protect the service. The app contains no advertising SDK or third-party analytics SDK. TestFlight and Apple services are governed by Apple's own privacy information.

Optional reminders and local diagnostics

Daily reminders are scheduled on your device only if you allow notifications. No remote push token is sent to our server. Support details displays local measurements of card response; those measurements are not uploaded.

Storage and your choices

You can play the regular levels without joining the Daily Challenge. Local progress and preferences remain in your device's storage. Clearing that storage or removing the app may reset your local progress. Shared online records are stored on the server independently of local storage; clearing local storage does not delete a posted leaderboard result, friend connection or saved duel. Reinstalling or changing device may lose access to your guest player; the game does not provide account recovery.
